Video: Carlos Ghosn Visits Nissan’s Heritage Garage
Hints of Datsun's soul searching, with the brand revival?
In a large warehouse somewhere in Zama, Japan, 400 Nissans and Datsuns are stored. The video after the jump shows some very, very rare Datsuns – like the 75-year old 17 Phaeton, Sunny 1000 Sports Deluxe, and some Z‘s. By the way, the collection at the garage is not just static or frozen in time, at least 70 percent of it are fully drivable. Such is the dedication of Nissan staff and volunteers.
